CEO and Founder

Stephen, BSN, BBA, CCRN has over 25 years of executive level business and clinical experience that includes Big Pharma, 3 prior Pharma start-ups, and a major CRO where he headed the International Division from his base in Paris. Stephen’s background includes his service as a critical care RN in major medical centers such as Mount Sinai in NYC, and in supervisory and teaching positions in a variety of hospital and college settings. He founded and led multiple company-building successes in pharmaceutical R&D and served a brief stint on Wall Street. He is active in the support of developmentally disabled children and adults. Stephen is an Army veteran. His education includes St. John’s University and Dominican College. Stephen is a visionary leader with a passion for advancing the field of biopharmaceuticals and promoting healthy aging and longevity. 


Co-Founder, Vice President, Treasurer

Samn is a seasoned veteran of the pharmaceutical industry who has held positions in Big Pharma as well as small and mid-sized drug development companies and Pharma start-ups. Samn is responsible for managing all company support services including Finance, Systems, Administration, Personnel and IT support. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Maryland and is one of the company's most important contributors, clearly the glue that holds the company together!


Vice President of Business Planning and Development

As one of the latest additions to the team, Kevin brings the organizational skills and know-how of a proven successful businessman who has held executive level positions in large and small firms across a variety of industries. Kevin is also responsible for overseeing key support areas such as project planning, operations, and strategic planning. Kevin serves an important business management and developmental support role, providing an advisory function to the Invictus team. Kevin holds a special place in his heart for his two dogs and enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain-biking and hiking.


Scientific Advisor to Invictus

Invictus is fortunate to have Dr. Conti serve as an advisor to our program and Team. His current positions include Professor, Aging and Age Associated Diseases, San Diego Biomedical Research Institute; Professor Emeritus, Molecular Medicine/The Scripps Research Institute; Adjunct Professor, Biochemistry & Biophysics, University of Stockholm; Adjunct Professor, Comparative Medicine, Yale School of Medicine

Bruno’s research focus is on the role of temperature in the biology of aging and central regulation of temperature homeostasis and the biology of aging. He also investigates the role of neuroinflammation in neurodegeneration.

Dr. Conti’s professional activities include: Member, American Federation for Aging Research, National Scientific Advisory Council; Member, New York Academy of Sciences; Member, Society for Neuroscience.


Head of  Veterinary Research and Business Development 

Bringing to Invictus a background in veterinary science and business, Alyssa will play an important role in expanding Invictus’ scope of research activities that will contribute to the broadened success of the company. After running her own business in the equestrian industry, she has become the most recent addition to the Invictus team. As a true lover of animals, Alyssa has a vision dedicated to making a difference in the lives of people and pets around the world. With her specialized skills and leadership, Alyssa is the driving force behind the latest area of growth and development of the Company.
